All items are sold as separates.
Pre-Order: If your purchase contains an item on pre-order, the entire order will ship once the pre-ordered item is in stock. If you would like to receive the items that are currently available to ship immediately, place a different order for the pre-ordered item(s).
Sale Items: Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange. Items marked as ON SALE are not FINAL SALE unless noted on product page. SALE prices are not retroactive.
Payment Options: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card payments as well as PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers. We encourage all customers to use PayPal as they offer the best protection against credit card fraud.
Using Store Credit: To use a store credit or gift card, enter your unique code in the Discount Code section upon checkout. The amount of the store credit or gift card will automatically be deducted from your subtotal. If you do not use the entire store credit the remainder will be available for a future purchase using the same unique code. Store Credit cannot be applied to shipping costs. Only one discount/store credit code may be used per transaction.
Sales Tax: Applicable sales taxes will be added to all purchases shipping to California.
Verification and Shipping: When placing your order, please make sure that you use the billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit statement. In the event that your information does not match exactly what your credit card has on file, your order may be held pending verification. This may require us to contact you directly. When specifying shipping address information, be sure to check that the zip code, city and state are correct. If according to delivery service's records, this information does not match their records, we may have to contact you to update this information and this may delay your order.
Shipping: Ownership of packages turned over to USPS/UPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS/UPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS/UPS. INSURANCE is available to add to any order and is recommended for any order you can't afford to lose.
We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control, and we recommend that you select USPS Priority or Express shipping service. Insurance is to protect against loss or damage during shipping. If you choose not to buy insurance and your purchase is lost or damaged by USPS/UPS, we cannot provide a refund. All purchases are shipped by USPS/UPS and insured through USPS/UPS.
In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FILE THE CLAIM WITH USPS/UPS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES DURING TRANSIT.
